Currently, my practice is focused on young adults to older adults. In order to increase their visions for success and happiness in their day to day lives; I inspire my clientele to sit with uncomfortable emotions and build new habits that will encourage looking at ones life through their own lens rather than another person's lens. This is achieved through a genuine and casual approach where you will feel included and heard while processing the challenges in your life.
