I work with adults who struggle with relationships, intimacy, and patterns that feel hard to break. My role is to help you untangle these patterns, better understand yourself, and move toward connections that feel healthier and more fulfilling. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical—I’ll meet you where you are while also helping you take clear steps toward the changes you want. In our first few sessions, we’ll talk about what brings you in, explore your goals for therapy, and start to identify the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. You’ll have space to reflect, gain insight, and begin practicing tools that support you both inside and outside of session. I’m committed to building a therapy space that feels safe and encouraging.
