I work with adolescents, young adults and adults. Since starting therapy can often feel overwhelming, my approach is to meet my potential clients and discuss their concerns, their goals for therapy, and having a conversation to see if we are a good match. I have experience with Spanish-speaking individuals and families, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ inclusive and sex/kink positive clients. Clients who see me are often dealing with the understandable stresses of an environment that is invalidating and critical. We work together to highlight your internal strengths and find new ways to cope with the ways that systemic oppression impacts mental health
