If you are interested in working with me, I want you to know that therapy will look like me meeting you where you are at, you learning to take steps to be open and vulnerable with yourself and others, and both of us exploring solutions and ways for you to live a rich and meaningful life. My goal as a therapist is to help you self-explore and experience personal growth. I use a trauma-informed, interpersonal approach that provides a safe and comfortable environment for you to discuss a wide range of topics, including: family, relationships, and/or personal concerns. Every client is unique and my approach varies depending on your needs.
