Feeling as if you're riding in the passenger seat of your life, or as if things could not get any worse? It's time you get back into the driver seat and onto a happier, and healthier future. I work with children, and teens ranging from 10 years old to 17 years old, as well as adult females ranging from age 18+. I have experience in treating a variety of mental health needs, such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Depression, ADHD, PTSD. In addition, I also work with clients navigating life changes/challenges, and those suffering from grief/loss. They say no two fingerprints are the same. Likewise, every persons healing is different. I utilize an eclectic approach to meet clients where they are emotionally, and mentally by providing a safe and empowering space to begin their healing journey through creative expression, talk therapy, teaching mindfulness skills, and EMDR for trauma processing.
