I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or serious all the time—my goal is to create a space where you can relax, be yourself, and feel truly heard. I’m all about keeping things real, judgment-free, and supportive. My approach is person-centered and strength-based, which means we’ll work together to uncover what’s already working for you, build on your strengths, and find ways to move forward—even when life feels overwhelming.
