Life is full of transitions, and sometimes we need someone to help us navigate, or a place to simply just be. My practice, Bloom House Therapy and Wellness, is geared towards helping teen girls and women see life from a new angle. I am a firm believer in the fact we teach people how to treat us, and I'm here to walk alongside you as you rediscover self-care, and redefine how you want to treat yourself. . My therapy style is authentic and down to earth, innovative, and empowering. My goal is to create a space you feel safe and encouraged to BLOOM into your true authentic self!
