I specialize in pediatric health psychology, working with youth diagnosed with chronic illness, such as diabetes, cancer, transplant, & GI concerns. I also work with those who are striving to make healthy lifestyle changes. Whether your child is experiencing challenges related to illness, school, family, or friends or experiencing depression, anxiety, or life transition, therapy is a great step in developing coping skills and building resilience. I have extensive clinical experiences working with youth to improve adherence, adjustment, health outcomes, & family functioning and decrease high-risk health behaviors. I also provide therapy for families of youth diagnosed with a wide range of emotional and behavioral difficulties with and without medical diagnoses.
