I have experience with children, teens, and adults with behavioral issues, ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. I have experience w/ caregiver burnout and chronic health issues. I am currently only seeing adults but will take teen clients on a case by case basis. I am especially passionate about helping parents develop skills to help support their children with difficult behaviors. I work with clients at their own pace and help them establish and meet goals in order to address the concerns they bring to the table. My goal is to help clients develop healthier ways of coping with difficult situations both past and present.
