I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of needs. Over time, I’ve found that I’m particularly effective in supporting those experiencing depression, anxiety, eating disorders, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder—both in children and adults—as well as individuals experiencing trauma and the effects of trauma and older adults facing cognitive decline related to aging and dementia.
