As a two time graduate of the Florida A&M University, I have a passion to serve as a voice for the voiceless. I have worked with adolescents and adults both doing in person and telehealth individual, group, and family therapy. I have aided in the journey of those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and communication concerns just to make a few. Often times, we have not been given the space to talk about our struggles both past and current. Perhaps we haven’t quite found the language to put to those feelings that we have felt for so long, or we weren’t taught how to express ourselves effectively.
