I strive to maintain a warm and safe environment for my clients, helping them feel connected and validated. Starting therapy can seem overwhelming, but I am here to support you throughout this process. We will work to determine what your goals are and how you can get there. I work well with people wanting to heal their past traumas that continue to impact their daily life. I also utilize my own Christian faith to counsel clients that are interested in exploring their own relationship with God and processing religious trauma in a safe and nonjudgmental way. I also have specialized training in EMDR, a highly effective therapeutic technique for trauma resolution.
