Maybe you are realizing that attachment wounds from your childhood are affecting your marriage or your parenting. Maybe you want to revisit or re-parent younger versions of you. I'm an attachment-based therapist passionate about helping you heal your inner child. My style is warm, conversational, and a little like talking to a good friend who really gets you. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), expressive techniques, and authentic connection to support you in exploring the parts of you that feel stuck, unseen, or overwhelmed. I currently have availability on Mondays, Fridays, and Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. You deserve to be free from the control of trauma, find balance in your emotions, and discover true purpose and meaning in your life. I am trained in trauma and attachment informed techniques to guide you on the journey of unpacking the hidden parts of yourself that seem to be interrupting your joy.
