I provide individual therapy for adults and teens (16+) with special interest in working with young adults and women throughout all life stages. I believe in meeting clients where they are at and providing a judgement-free space for them to explore emotions, thoughts, and experiences. I have experience in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma through EMDR and sensorimotor therapy. I am also perinatal mental health certified and love to support individuals through these important life transitions including pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting stages.
