I work collaboratively with my clients to identify unique goals and build upon individual strengths to help develop the tools and strategies necessary to make therapeutic progress. I have experience working with a variety of issues including, but not limited to, mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions, relationship issues, domestic violence survivors, and adjustment disorders. I work with children, adolescents and adults, as well as family and couples.
