Sometimes sh*t happens. And It can be an overwhelming decision to ask for help, especially when contacting a stranger. What happens when the story I have for my life doesn’t go as planned? My dream job isn’t bringing the fulfillment I thought it would. I envisioned myself fully showing up in this world, but now my trauma leaves me powerless beneath my anxiety and depression. I identified with a religion that once gave me freedom, but now it leaves me in bondage. My family was once a safe haven, but now dad is drinking too much and everything I knew is gone.
