About

Stressed, overwhelmed, or just over life? Let’s talk it out and then fix it together! Hi, I’m Chelsie and I’ve spent the last decade helping kids, teens and adults navigate life’s curveballs; from anxiety and ADHD to big transitions, trauma, and everything in between. I am especially passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, and it has been a privilege to support them in navigating their unique challenges and strengths. Depending on your needs, we might pull from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused techniques, person-centered work, dialectical behavioral therapy skills, play therapy, and more. View 4 Photos My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space to be real, no judgment and no pressure to have it all figured out. Whether you’re struggling with stress, relationships, grief, substance use, or just feel a little “off,” I’m here to help you reconnect with your strengths and move toward the life you want.
