Anyone who is at the point of accepting help has an innate wisdom into their own healing. By the time you find me, I know you are ready to change. I believe you know best and I am here to guide you in the direction you want to go. I work with clients who are struggling with Substance Use Disorder, major life transitions, anxiety/perfectionism, spirituality, feminine awakening, self-esteem and relationship difficulties. I work with adults and children, but in different capacities. For minors, I provide 50-minute art therapy sessions. For adults, I provide a combination of coaching and art therapy, each session is 1-2 hrs.
