I work with teens, young adults, and adults who often look like they’re doing fine on the outside, but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, or control. Many of the people I work with are high-achieving, sensitive, and pretty hard on themselves. Anxiety, perfectionism, obsessive thinking, body image concerns, or complicated relationships with food may be part of what’s going on underneath.
