Greetings! I'm Chera, and I have focused the scope of my private practice on very specialized (and desperately underserved) groups at high risk of suicidality within our community. Since 2016 I‘ve been helping our veterans/military with PsychArmor training, later realizing no one had the backs of our law enforcement. For this reason, I earned my certification as a first responder counselor and peer support team leader/trainer to provide crisis, cumulative trauma, and emotional agility training for our first responders.
