I have found that my style and approach is a good fit for teens, young adults as well older individuals who may be dealing with the challenges of life transitions along with those struggling grief and loss or postpartum. This often takes the form of anxiety, depression, stress, and experiencing a death of a loved one. I work to help my clients navigate these transition periods and to build skills to allow them to feel better about themselves, develop a more positive outlook on life, and reach goals they set forth for themselves.
