I entered the mental health field with a deep sense of purpose shaped by personal and family experiences. Surviving domestic violence gave me a unique sensitivity and commitment to supporting individuals navigating trauma, sexual assault, and the complex process of rebuilding life after adversity. My practice centers on trauma, attachment, women’s issues, racialized trauma, and spiritual counseling for those seeking meaning, empowerment, and healing.
