I'm here to help you move towards wholeness in a safe, supportive, compassionate relationship. I offer traditional talk therapies, CBT, solution-focused, client-centered, as well as Sandplay therapy for deeper processing of emotions and experiences that may be beyond words. I look forward to meeting you, hearing your story and partnering with you in your journey of becoming your full and complete Self. I work with both children and adults and provide play therapy as well.
