Our emotions can feel so overwhelming sometimes and I am here to help you gain control back over your life. My background in marital and family therapy coupled with intensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) helps my clients to strengthen their skill sets to feel more in control of their emotions while increasing positive interpersonal relationships. My areas of expertise are in working with clients with eating disorders, family discord, anxiety, difficulties with regulating emotions, self-injury, depression, interpersonal problems, and impulsivity. My experience as a clinician and program director of residential and intensive outpatient eating disorder treatment has provided me with the skill set to treat clients with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and exercise addiction.
