I am currently licensed in Colorado and Texas. I provide virtual services in order to increase access to mental health care for those living in remote locations and to avoid interrupting treatment during inclement weather and when road conditions are unsafe. I practice from an integrative approach, focusing on CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy. I am interested in helping individuals and couples who face life's challenges and need additional support. I enjoy helping you create personal goals and work to achieve the life you desire.
