My specialty areas include helping clients who experience anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, phobias, communication, and adjustment difficulties. Complementing my focus on clients with mental health challenges, as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, I am educated and trained to work with individuals with physical, developmental, emotional, and intellectual disabilities. Dedicated to the growth and emotional well-being of clients and their families, I view collaboration as an integral part in the treatment process. I love seeing clients and their families become happier and healthier with support. I utilize a strength-based and solution-focused approach that facilitates change and flexibility.
