Life can be challenging, and having someone to talk to, listen, and walk with you through those tough moments can make all the difference. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in defining and reaching your personal goals—at your own pace and in a way that feels right for you. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), and a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS). I also tailor my therapeutic approach using a variety of tools and techniques to best meet the unique needs of of each individual I work with.
