Life can be stressful. We need to manage our lives, emotions and behaviors. Sometimes things happen outside of our control that complicate things even more. I see my role as a partner in helping individuals find the strategies needed to navigate life’s challenges in a healthy and productive manner. I work with individuals as they discover and explore their most authentic selves and how to limit the barriers to achieving their goals. I believe that the ultimate power is within ourselves and therefore will work with you to develop a plan that is realistic for your life and builds on your strengths.
