Life is full of hard choices, difficult experiences, and challenging people or relationships. The struggle is real, but you need not struggle alone. As a therapist, I believe the beauty of our human experience is embedded in the fact we are designed as relational beings. Relationships create the core of the stories that make up who we are and understand ourselves to be. These relationships hold enormous power to grow and heal but also to harm and disconnect. Whether relational wounds have led to cracks, craters, or canyons, healing and movement towards wholeness emerges in an environment where a person feels known and nurtured.
