I am a compassionate clinical counselor with 30 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. I am an EMDR trauma therapist. Areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, grief, stress and anger management. In addition, I have years of experience working with couples using Gottman techniques. I use hypnotherapy for stress, smoking and weight management. I have taken Eden energy part I which can also assist with emotional and physical well-being.
