For 18 years, I've been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in stress/anger management, navigating relationships, and healing trauma. I have worked extensively with adolescents navigating the complexities of the modern world, young adults transitioning into adulthood, and adults at a crossroads in life. I also assist parents struggling with raising teenagers who transitioned from adorable and affectionate youngsters to challenging adolescents.
