Whether you are trying to tackle anxiety, alleviate depression, explore your identity, or just trying to make it through the day, I am here to assist you. My focus in therapy is on supporting pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults in navigating the complex process of growing up while balancing the stresses of school, family, friendships, identity formation, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about walking with clients in their journeys of self-discovery, whether they be in relation to their gender, sexuality, life goals, spirituality, occupation, or ideology.
