My father always said “aging comes with serious side effects”. While he meant it as a joke, his words were poetic and true. Whether we are navigating our own experience with aging, or caring for others, issues related to this experience can dominate our lives, and cause significant distress.I come to this work, enriched with life experiences that have given me perspective, compassion, and empathy.
