I provide counseling to guide, support and challenge teens and young adults in exploring and understanding the function and origin of the thought, behavioral, relational and mood patterns. More than that, we'll process those experiences . Overtime, we'll identify and implement strategies for handling similar and nee situations more satisfactorily and without self-judgement. To address, reduce or eliminate symptoms of depression, anxiety, OCD tendencies, substance use, anger, bipolar disorder, impulsivity, autism, PTSD or ADHD, I ask thoughtful and insightful questions to help you dig deep beyond the surface.
