I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults on the autism spectrum and their families. I operate from a neurodiverse framework; my main goal is to help my clients thrive by living a life in harmony with their strengths, values, and goals. I believe my clients are expert in their own experience, and my mission is to assist them in discovering their strengths and to help them learn ways to effectively manage the challenges associated with being on the spectrum. My specialties include dual diagnosis of autism, ADHD and a mental health condition, late or new diagnosis of autism, launching and relaunching adults.
