Teenagers and young adults with issues stemming from complicated childhood dynamics and/or abuse. Together, our goal is to identify the patterns that may have served purpose in the past, but no longer meets the current need. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire who has been working with families in crisis since 2004. My approach to working with people is solutions focused and genuine. I aim to provide teenagers and adults with the emotional resources they need to be successful. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, gardening, and cooking.
