Hi! My name is Cheryl Gilbert, and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT, License 119597) based in Vista, California. I see clients as on a journey of self-discovery to reach their own goals for health and healing. I join my clients on this journey and help to facilitate this process, acting as a navigator while they direct the destination. I assist clients in discovering their strengths and support them in walking through their struggles, whether it be anxiety, depression, self-esteem, family, or relationship difficulties.
