I specialize in providing DBT, couples therapy, treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, young adults adapting to the multiple challenges of life and people dealing with family members who are having mental health issues. I am convinced that people are innately capable of change and adaptation, and I seek to support clients in developing new insights and perspectives into their circumstances so that they can see new possibilities for themselves and take positive action. I find it extremely gratifying to see clients make progress in their lives. In my practice I also support therapists because I believe in healing the healers.
