If you feel stuck in old patterns and want deeper, faster healing, I work with adults including autistic and neurodivergent clients who are ready for meaningful, lasting change. On the outside, you may function well, but inside, you might feel exhausted, disconnected, or held back by experiences you haven’t fully resolved. Many clients I work with sense they are meant for more clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom than they currently feel. I use EMDR adapted for neurodivergent nervous systems, along with EMDR Intensives, to help clients move through long-standing patterns more effectively than traditional weekly therapy alone. I am also offering Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in Rochester, MA. KAP is a separate modality and is not specifically targeted for autism.
