Do you shadowbox memories from the past? Do you struggle to live in the present because of intrusive thoughts from past events? My practice is for those unable to experience joy or move forward in daily life due to previous traumatic events. There is a way out of the darkness and a path to peace. Together we can find it. Using EMDR and other therapies, I will walk with you as we sift the past and find a life of rest and resolve. For children struggling with self-regulation, I offer EMDR-based play therapy. Parents must be supportive of home-based interventions and activities that bring change.
