My goal is to collaborate with you to heal trauma, restore resiliency, and develop skills so that you can show up in your unique, beautiful life and shine. I specialize in working with women and the nervous system to help you get in touch with your true essence & aliveness. Working with me, you will be heard and honored. I will hold space for you and whatever arises with warmth, curiosity and compassion. Within the therapeutic lens of Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness practices, and therapeutic tools, we will collaborate to create the conditions for healing.
