My areas of specialization include substance abuse, eating disorders, grief, trauma, and health-related issues. I began working with substance abuse in the late 1980s and specialized in eating disorders during the 1990s. My children and I have been recovering from environmental illness over the last 7 years. I strive to collaborate with my clients, to truly listen, and to develop strategies that fit each person's situation. I have found that there are many techniques and no one-size-fits-all solution.
