You may be wondering, "What's the BEST thing about Telehealth?" So many of my clients tell me they really appreciate being able to be comfortable in their own home, car or office, doing laundry or transporting kids. Telehealth clients are free to select either video sessions or just audio (lots of folks don't like to see themselves on a camera, and I understand that!). I'll do my best to make it comfortable for you, with your agenda being the focus of each session. My goal is always to resolve whatever is troubling you as quickly as possible, using my "toolbox" of strategies and solutions, learned throughout the past 20+ years.
