I have extensive experience working with people of all ages struggling with life stressors, mental health disorders, substance abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, and PTSD. My background includes being a Clinical Director of a substance abuse agency, as well as an Adjunct Professor at Rochester College and OCC. I have also worked assessing military personnel for mental health issues. We live in an ever-changing world, and with any change comes stress and grief. These emotions can be transient, or open the door for other issues to come forward.
