I can help you combat anxiety and depression by helping to reveal unrecognized treasure in you. Together we will identify what you are doing right and how to do more of it. In couples therapy, I will help you achieve a deeper, safer connection through a new pattern of communication that gives you the confidence of being partners who will be there for each other. Communication is the golden thread that has run throughout my professional life as I transitioned from a Speech Therapist, to a Television Talk Show Host, to a Marriage and Family Therapist. I derive my greatest satisfaction in the process of attuning with another person through genuine compassion and respect.
