I am committed to working with individuals, couples, and families in ways that promote positive changes and ultimately improve relationships. I believe that healthy relationships are desired by everyone and can be achieved. Helping clients become more self-aware and gain new insight into their unique situation can be powerful. Although I primarily use solution-focused therapy and attachment theory, I am flexible and empathic to the specific needs of each client’s journey to healing. I believe that my clients are the heroes of their stories and that they possess the strength needed to overcome any obstacle they face.
