After a career of more than thirty years I believe therapy can be an adventure enhancing physical, emotional and spiritual well being. In addition to teaching clients how to determine life goals, and take small steps to reach them, I encourage creative expression through journaling, dream interpretation, the study of Myers-Briggs personality types and the Enneagram. A favorite book of mine is, "Women Who Run With the Wolves," by Clarissa Estes'.
