Every person is a unique individual and it is important to consider all of the life factors affecting how each client experiences and thinks about life. Such factors may include family life, work, social environment, social supports, past experiences, physical needs (rest, diet & nutrition, exercise, etc.), spiritual beliefs, and mental well-being. I use methods that best meet each client's individual needs, and encourage my clients to work collaboratively throughout the counseling process.
