I provide individualized telehealth treatment to adults age 18 and over that are struggling with symptoms related to mood and anxiety disorders, poor self esteem, or difficulty navigating a major life transition. Many of clients I support are looking to improve their overall quality of life. Treatment goals typically focus on reducing current mental health symptoms, gaining insight into personal triggers, and implementing techniques to manage or prevent symptoms.
