Welcome, I'm Cheryl Polyudhapoom, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Psychotherapist in the State of California & a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the State of Washington. I've started my own private practice because I’m committed to helping children & adults learn how to build healthier relationships, be free from trauma & to overall learn how to manage their mental health. My work focuses on targeting negative behaviors, habits, & thoughts. I believe in utilizing multiple modalities in treatment to help patients reach their goals, but my primary approach in treatment is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have 15 years of experience working with children, youth & adults as a CWS Social Worker. I've been an LCSW since 2020 & have had my own private practice since 2022. I also Lecture at CSU Bakersfield.
